Washi at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center

Traditional paper of Japan, known for centuries as washi, is used for everything from furniture to toys, clothing, and origami. It is also a particularly fine ground for printmaking and other art. This invitational exhibition opening Thursday July 10, 6:30pm features prints, drawings, and paintings made on washi paper from Fukui, Japan.
